How much does a survey cost?
Level 2 surveys or HomeSurveys normally start at approximately £375.00 plus vat for a 2 bedroom house under £200,000 and will rise to approximately £600.00 plus vat for a 4/5 bedroom house around £500,000+ price bracket.
Building Surveys by their very nature are on Period properties which tend to be larger and more expensive. A Building Survey will normally start at approximately £650.00 plus vat for a 3 bedroom detached property. As Building Surveys are detailed individually to the houses and the concerns of the client, their prices can vary enormously and we like to discuss in detail the client’s requirements before we quote.
