WHAT WE DO

We provide survey and valuation work on principally residential and commercial properties, but with a difference.

Over the last 15-20 years, survey work has become more and more corporate based with the emphasis on speed of turnover by large surveying companies, which has resulted in lack of service and poor quality, difficult to understand reports.

We are different! We aim to give a complete service to our clients: from the beginning of their purchasing experience through to once they have moved into the property and require further advice. We keep in touch with our clients and ensure that the survey that they have requested meets with their needs and that they are completely happy with the service provided.
