HOMESURVEY REPORT/ HOMESURVEYS/ LEVEL 2 SURVEYS

These are various names given to a survey of a relatively modern property of conventional construction, being cavity brickwork or timber framed walls under a tiled or slated roof.

These structures do not necessarily need a Building Survey but they still need a thorough investigation and a report to identify any defects which may exist, from movement problems through to damp, timber infestation and decay, condensation, defective services, and many other items which can affect even modern properties.

We undertake a specific report to identify these problems and advise the purchaser accordingly.
