ISVA HomeSurvey (Level 2)

 

Our ISVA HomeSurvey is recommended for relatively modern properties of conventional construction, i.e. cavity brickwork or timber framed walls under a tile or slate roof and up to about 100 years of age. However, if the property has been much altered or extended, we may recommend the more detailed Building Survey.

These structures do not necessarily need a Building Survey – but they still need a thorough investigation and a report to identify any defects which may exist, from movement problems through to damp, timber infestation and decay, condensation, defective services – and many other items which can affect even modern properties.
